Our School Organizes Young Teachers to Attend 2019 Shanghai Management Science

On December 15, the "2019 Shanghai Management Science: Future-oriented Management" was held in Shanghai Science Hall. This forum was jointly sponsored by Shanghai Institute of Management Science and 21 business schools in Shanghai, and more than 1,000 business school deans, teachers and students in Shanghai attended the forum to discuss the economic development and new management breakthroughs in China and Shanghai.

The School of Business Administration assigned 8 teachers to participate in this forum, and they all shared their deep understanding on the "the most cutting-edge, most inclusive, most pragmatic and most open style" in the future Shanghai management education community by listening to the speech of experts and professors and participating in discussions on related topics. They also hoped to do a good job in their own work, work together with their colleagues at home and abroad in management, and devote themselves to the innovation and development of management.

At the forum, the deans of the business schools in Shanghai successively shared their respective thinking, research and practice of "Future-oriented Management", the theme of the forum. Danah Zohar, founder of Quantum Management, also visited Shanghai from the United States to share how traditional organizations adapt to the "dynamic" quantum world view. Besides, there were 15 sub-forums, covering themes of "China Case Study and Writing", "Cruise Industry Development", "Oriental Management Wisdom", "Agile Co-creation and Action Learning", "Neuroscience and Management", "Cultural Industry Development", "Logistics and Supply Chain Management", "Financial Technology and Management", "Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the Intelligent Era", "Artificial Intelligence and Management", "Engineering Management Innovation", "Fashion Operation", "Blockchain Theory and Technology", and "Quantum Management".
